Google reviews serve many purposes. Reviews are helpful as a guide for consumers who want to know if they can trust the company they are considering. There are a lot of choices out there and it’s hard to know who will actually deliver on their promises. Reviews give honest feedback, good or bad, to help consumers make the best choice and get the best results. Leaving reviews is also very helpful for companies to know if they are doing a good job. We Count All Reviews That Meet the Criteria
While we hope all of the reviews we receive are good, we will also count any bad reviews with three photos as well. (So far, we haven’t had any, but we want to know if there is a problem with our people, our workmanship, our communication, or anything else.). Reviews help us understand where we are strong and where we could use a little improvement. So while it might sound like we’re looking to reward only good reviews, we actually offer this giveaway to encourage any and all reviews, not to solicit 5-star reviews.
Google Reviews Are Critical to Our Business
Reviews are one of the most important tools a business can use. Sure, you can post great reviews on your own website, but consumers are smart and they know those are biased because a company won’t post any bad reviews. Statistics show that only 1 in 5 consumers trust the reviews and ratings mentioned on a company’s website. Google reviews, on the other hand, are fair and impartial. Here are some recent statistics that will show how critical having Google reviews is to a business:
- According to Trustpilot, 89% of users read online reviews before buying the product.
- According to a BrightLocal research report, 79% of buyers believe online reviews, as they trust personal recommendations.
- 59% of the buyers choose Google to read reviews online.

Google Review Dream Vacation Rules
The rules are simple – leave us a Google review with at least three photos of your finished deck or pergola. It’s easy to leave a Google review. Log in to your Google account. Search on Google for the business you want to review (Creative Concepts & Design). Click on the number of reviews that show in the blue text. Click write a review in the top right-hand corner. Leave us an honest review and include at least three pictures and that’s it. We will collect all of the names of people who reviewed us in 2023 and put them in the raffle. Then we will draw one name. So leave a Google review – register to win.
Last Year’s Winner of the Dream Vacation
Our winner from last year was Doug O. Doug and his wife won a 5 or 6 night stay in a really nice beachfront AirBnB in Key West including airfare! If you’d like to see more pics, simply go to our Facebook page and see Doug O’s beautiful sunset photo from Key West. We do the raffle on the company’s Facebook Live using a wheel app so there is no cheating or favoritism involved. We do it every year, so the next raffle will be in the first quarter of 2024. If we have built a deck for you or are getting ready to, make sure you snap at least three pictures of your new deck or pergola and post them on Google with an honest review.
