Affordable Decks and Pergolas

Creative Concepts and Design replaced our 32 year old wood deck with Tamko composite and Westbury aluminum railing. They did an excellent job. Caleb did the estimate. Brent was the supervisor, and Jim, Reed, and Mitchel were the most excellent crew. I had many questions for Caleb and Brent. They were extremely patient and followed up on everything for me. I got three estimates, and they were $1,000 less than the next lowest, so they are very reasonable. The crew took their time and overcame any surprise problems along the way. The deck and lighting are gorgeous. Very happy with the result!

Creative Concepts recently replaced our large failing deck with Fiberon. When we visited the deck store to choose our materials, we did not tell them up front which contractor we were using. They recommended Creative Concepts, so we went into the project feeling pretty confident that we had made the right choice. Cleb, Brent and Kim were excellent to work with, as was our crew of installers. Besides having a beautiful new deck, they managed to remove our old deck and build the new one without damaging any of the landscape that tightly surrounds the deck. Couldn’t be happier!

Caleb, Brent and crew were fantastic from start to finish. Caleb, the designer, spent an unusually long time talking through the deck design and making sure he had a thorough understanding of our needs. The price was very fair and the quality of the work was outstanding. The crew were unusually attentive to detail and made sure to communicate with us when anything needed to be discussed. We have had to hire out other home improvement projects, and this has been, by far, the best experience on every criteria, from quality to price to communication.

Creative Concepts and Design, LLC did a FANTASTIC job on our deck!!!! Couldn’t say enough good things about them. After an unfortunate experience with another company, we were apprehensive. Caleb and team were extremely professional, listened to us, answered our questions, and were so friendly and respectful. The guys that build the deck showed that they cared about their work, stayed focused, did a great job of cleaning up – not one tiny rock was left behind, finished the job in a timely manner, and the result was a high-quality deck and a great experience. I strongly recommend Creative Concepts and Design for your outdoor project. Ours was a unique challenge…a bridge over a natural backyard creek nestled between large trees. From the very start, CCD was all hands on deck. In every aspect of the job, they handled the details, large and small: design, working with the architectural review board, scheduling, materials, getting permits, expert carpentry…everything. And the finished project is the talk of the town! Neighbors are streaming by to gaze upon an architectural and artistic wonder. It’s beautiful and we’re so glad that CCD was on the job.
