This Houzz site offers design inspiration, product links, and the ability to connect with professionals for jobs you can’t do on your own. Houzz is a free resource that helps anyone find inspiration, shop products, and hire professionals.
What Is the Best of Houzz Award?
Every year, Best of Houzz celebrates home professionals who demonstrate excellence. Best of Houzz awards are given annually, in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Design awards honor professionals whose work was the most popular among the Houzz community. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including a company’s overall rating on Houzz and client reviews submitted in 2023. A badge means that the Houzz community has left positive reviews for that business or professional, has saved photos from them to an ideabook, or both. “Best of Houzz 2024” badges appear on winners’ profiles as a sign of their commitment to excellence. These badges help the more than 65 million homeowners and home design enthusiasts on Houzz to identify popular and top-rated home professionals for their projects. Those who earn the right to display Best of Houzz badges on their websites are part of an exclusive group – only 3% win annually.

Specifically, Creative Concepts & Design has won our award in the Service category. The Best of Houzz Service award is given to professionals who provide excellent customer service. The award is determined by the quality of reviews from clients for projects in the previous year. Customer Service honors are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews. We could toot our own horn till the cows come home, but in the end, it’s our customers who determine how good we are. That’s why we’re so proud of this award. We set out standards high and we’ve kept them there. This is evidenced by the fact that we have received this award for the tenth consecutive year!
